Use logkit for logs

Description

It would be nice to use the powerful capabilities of the Logkit library to customize the Geoserver's logs.

In web.xml, add :

<init-param>
<param-name>logkit-config</param-name>
<param-value>/WEB-INF/logkit.xconf</param-value>
</init-param>

... and provide a default logkit.xconf.

One may prefer to thake this configuration from GeoServer's main configuration file.

<p>Hrm, that does look nice. But I think I'll look into improving our java loggers to do what we want - there may be a way to set it to a file and such. The reason for the preference for the java logging is geotools uses it as well, and most of the work in geoserver is done by geotools. It seems like it'd be a bit weird to have two loggers reporting stuff. But perhaps it would make sense to have one for users and one for developers. </p>

<p>Well, should we ask Geotools to use Logkit ?</p>

<p>Basically, it is the servlet engine's job to provide a logging component (using the init-parameter). After this, it is up to the components (i.e. Geoserver) to dispatch it to the sub-components (i.e. Geotools).</p>
