(FYI to everyone else, his test case has more information)

Milo, next time could you describe the problem in the text of the issue as well.

Could you tell me the SRS of your shapefile? I'm attempting to test in udig, but do use the WFS I need a proper lat/long bounds, and thus the SRS.

Also have you tried it in any other viewers? It's possible there's a problem with tatuk's GML parsing, instead of with GeoServer. It could very well be GeoServer, I just want to be sure to eliminate all the possibilities.

If it is in geoserver, then it has to be in the GML producer, since udig seems to read the shapefile in just fine.

Wait, and you're saying that the same data, when going through GeoServer, but from oracle spatial instead of this shapefile actually works? That strikes me as rather odd... If so could you include the GML output of the oracle GetFeature request?

I will describe the problem in the text of the issue next time. No porblem.

SRS for shp is 0 (or no srs).

I tried with other viewers (ArcGis 9). It's the same problem. Polygon is not correctly converted.

See data from Oracle Spatial in previous comment (1730_gii1.zip).
