Renaming workspaces doesn't translate over to Tile Caches

Description

I had created a workspace called "test" and added a few layers through it.
Some time later I then renamed it to "test_db". In the layers view, this automatically translated across to the layers.

However, it doesn't seem to have done so for the Tile Caches. If I look at the "Tile Layers" list I still have stuff like "Test:BOUNDARY_WSHIRE_DISTRICTS" showing up.

Possibly related, in my startup log, I was getting:
2013-01-04 13:40:22,445 WARN

I then deleted the layer entirely but got this error:

2013-01-04 13:42:05,240 ERROR

The GWC code already has logic to handle renames of the layer, but does activate when the part being renamed is the workspace that contains the layer, see CatalogLayerEventListener#handleRename and its callers.
