Improve ImageLayout tiling hints when serving big getMap untiled requests

Description

Some tests reported that several concurrent 3000x3000 getMap requests may result into OOM and GC Overhead after a while.
The cause is due to sending tileSizeX=width and tileSizeY=height to the Rendering machinery, resulting into having the tile cache being filled with huge images.
