Consider "osgb" as an authority

Description

The Ordnance survey of Great Britain provides some sample GML file whose "srsName" attribute is "osgb:BNG" :

It would be nice to reckognize the osgb a a valid authority and to add this SRS, which is equivalent to epsg:27700 :

Is "osgb:BNG" the full name, or do we have something else after ("osgb:BNG:something&quot?

Also, do we have somewhere a list of names that may appear in the "osgb" name space, or is "BNG" the only official name?

The files I have have only what I've mentionned, e.g. :

<gmloint srsName='osgb:BNG'><gml:coordinates>278219.080,187556.600</gml:coordinates></gmloint>

Not sure there are many other SRSes than the BNG (British Natioanl Grid) one...

Not a bug but a RFE, too old and nobody bothered.

Killing it.
