Deprecate alternatives syntax for the comparison predicate

Description

The OGC CQL Syntax defines the followings rules for comparison predicate:
< NOT: "not"|
< EQ: "="> |
< NEQ:"<>" > |
< GT: ">" > |
< LT: "<" > |
< GTE: ">="> |
< LTE: "<=">

Nowadays, the CQL syntax supports the following alternatives:

< NOT: "not" | "!"> |
< EQ: "eq" | "==" | "="> |
< NEQ: "neq" | "<>" > |
< GT: "gt" | ">" > |
< LT: "lt" | "<" > |
< GTE: "gte" | ">="> |
< LTE: "lte" | "<="> |
ECQL does not support these alternatives.

These alternatives are not published neither in the geotools docs nor in the OGC specifications. In order to avoid confusion I will deprecate these alternative.

The parser will display a message like:
"WARNING: eq is deprecated comparison operator. You should use "="... "
