While looking at [https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3509" title="VectorToRasterProcess fails for point data" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="GEOT-3509"><del>GEOT-3509</del> I noticed two problems with conversion of world coordinates to grid coordinates in VectorToRasterProcess:
It uses its own calculation which can differ from that later used by GridCoverage2D.evaluate method.
* If expanded bounds are provided, e.g. to ensure that all rasterized features are contained in the output grid, the setBounds method shrinks them to the feature bounds, defeating the purpose.

Fixed coordinate and bounds calculations and added more tests.
