Provide jar files on sourceforge

Description

The binary files on ibiblio are hard to find, we don't advertise them anywhere. At least one user has complained about this. The easy solution is to just add to the release on sourceforge a version that just contains the jars. Then users can download it directly and get started using geotools. If you want to reassign this task to me that's fine, just tell me how you want it down. Just a single folder with all the beta jars? A single large core jar, and then additional datasource jars? The latter can easily be down with my new coreJar maven task.

I would vote for a single big core JAR (lets name it "geotools.jar&quot. Putting a large amount of files on the class-path is painfull. Furthermore, upgrating one module JAR may cause compatibility break in other JAR. Having a single "geotools.jar" file make it easier to use and upgrate Geotools 2.

This jar contains all of the b1 modules (as separte jars - I'm working on a single jar version as well) as well as all of the 3rd party jars.

Please check that all of the required librires are included and let me know if you can track down any additional specific licence information

A single jar combining all modules from the b1 release.

The services directory contains a hand created SPI file that combines all of the individual SPI files together.

A binary download is now available from sourceforge.

It contains all of the 3rd party jars (except Oracles), a combined jar and a full set of individual jars
