Make sure to cut rasters on the projection valid bounds before reprojecting them

Description

Right now we use the crop operation, which is a bit "sloppy", in that allows portions of pixels to go out of the request crop area. This is desirable in other cases, like when fairly zoomed in, when a single pixel can make up half of the screen, cutting it away would generate visible holes.

We should post-process the raster against the valid area and cut away the sides that go beyond the limits, by cutting exactly one row/column of pixesl ("crop" would not leave more than one anyways)
