Layer preview list in GeoServer webgui is empty for authorized users, when GeoFence extension is installed on GeoServer 2.20.1
Description
I'm using tomcat 9 series I understood when I install GeoFence extension it can't work. It seems GeoServer 2.20.1 has conflict with tomcat or is not compatible I'm not sure which one is responsible for issues. As depicted below layers preview shown empty! I checked many way with different rules, each time I got same result and then I think there is a problem with GeoServer 2.20.1 and tomcat 9 series
Environment
Debian 11 X64, Java 11, Microsoft Edge Version 96.0.1054.43 (Official build) (64-bit), Apache Tomcat/9.0.43 (Debian)

I don't think this is tomcat 9 issue, because I think in previous versions of GeoServer I hadn't this issue

What makes you think this is a tomcat 9 problem; rather than just an issue with or configuring the 2.20.1 geofence extension?
