Fix parsing WPS geometry geojson inputs

Description

A WPS Execute request containing a geometry input in geojson format will throw an exception.

Seems to duplicate https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOS-11497 and apparently related to https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/issues/GEOS-10811 and to https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/issues/GEOS-11071
