Responsive CSS for docs

Description

The current geoserver docs have a static 600px width. Some more advanced CSS rules should be added to support a more diverse range of screen resolutions (e.g. mobile, plus larger 1280px screens)

Changes are live on docs.geoserver.org/latest .
You may need to clear your cache before seeing the full update - I was seeing some weirdness, but reloading the page cleared it up.

Thats odd. I can see the rendering issues as well, and yet I remember testing some of those pages locally. I'll look into it.

I was tinkering with the CSS, and I think that we do not want to do anything at larger widths, as making the text area any wider makes it rather difficult to read.
