Slim down the size of GeoServer download

Description

So I haven't had time to check the reasons, but all downloads of 1.5.x are at least twice the size of 1.4.0 releases. The binary is 55 megabytes...

This is way too big. My guess is that it's big coverage samples? We should slim them down for reasonable sizes. Also check that binary stuff and duplicates didn't sneak in, that has been a problem in the past.

Appears that in 1.5 release.zip and basic.zip are both in subversion.

I will remove them.

There are also a handfull of other files in those configurations that shouldn't be there (left over from the 1.3 days), I will remove them as well.

Gtopo30 demo is gone too now.

Yeah, I'd say remove that. There should be a few coverage samples, but not 80mb ones.

That's the coverages indeed, for example the GTOPO30 sample is 80MB uncompressed. Making a smaller one is hard thought, gdal does not outputs GTOPO30 as a full fledged format afaik. We may think about removing it since we're going to add a tutorial on how to load gtopo30 data anyways.
